| Aladdin married the princess. | Аладдин женился на принцессе. |
| But someone wasn’t happy – the King’s helper. | Но кто-то был (этим) недоволен – помощник Короля. |
| He loved the princess and he wanted to marry her. | Он любил принцессу и хотел на ней жениться. |
| He hated Aladdin. | Он возненавидел Аладдина. |
| He spoke to his friends. | Он поговорил с друзьями. |
| "How does Aladdin do these things?" he asked. | "Как Аладдин делает это?" спросил он. |
| "Follow him and find out." | "Проследите за ним и выясните (это)" |
| His friends followed Aladdin | Его друзья проследили за Аладдином |
| and they saw the lamp and the genie. | и увидели лампу и джина. |
| They told the King’s helper | Они рассказали (про это) помощнику Короля |
| and he made a plan. | и он придумал план. |
| He wore old clothes | Он одел старую одежду |
| and he bought a lot of lamps. | и купил много ламп. |
| He went into the streets with the lamps. | Он пошёл на улицы с лампами. |
| "Give me your old lamps | "Отдайте мне ваши старые лампы, |
| and I will give you new ones!" he shouted. | а я дам вам новые!" кричал он. |
| The princess heard him. | Принцесса услышала его. |
| She wanted to give Aladdin a new lamp. | Она захотела подарить Аладдину новую лампу. |
| She gave Aladdin’s lamp to the old man. | Она отдала лампу Аладдина пожилому человеку. |
| He rubbed it and the genie appeared. | Он потёр её и появился джин. |
| "Take me, the princess and the palace far away," | "Унеси меня, принцессу и дворец далеко (отсюда)" |
| the King’s helper said. | сказал помощник Короля. |
| The genie did what the King’s helper said. | Джин сделал, что сказал помощник Короля. |
| When Aladdin saw that the palace | Когда Аладдин увидел, что дворца |
| and the princess weren’t there, he was very sad. | и принцессы там нет, он стал очень грустным. |
| "What will I do?" he asked his mother. | "Что же я буду делать?" спросил он матушку. |
| "Use the magic ring that the wizard gave you," | "Используй волшебное кольцо, что дал тебе волшебник" |
| she said. | сказала она. |
| Aladdin looked at the ring. | Аладдин посмотрел на кольцо. |
| He rubbed it and said, | Он потёр его и сказал |
| "Take me to the princess." | "Отнеси меня к принцессе" |
| Suddenly he was in front of the beautiful princess. | Вдруг, он оказался перед (своей) красивой принцессой. |
| "Oh, Aladdin!" said the princess. | "О, Аладдин!" сказала принцесса. |
| "The King’s helper took me away. | "Помощник короля увёз(похитил) меня. |
| He wants to marry me!" | Он хочет жениться на мне!" |
